This year we celebrated Chinese New years at the New York House Restaraunt. After a wonderful meal prepared for use by Brother Chao we did a brief Kung Fu Demo for him I hope to have some pictures up soon

Ng Family Sifu David Seiwert will be in town to teach two seminars.
The first will be on two Chi Gung Programs. The first is a 7 movment program called Clearwatr Chi Gung. The Second is a short 5 movement form known as The 5 Elements.

The other seminar will cover the Double Dragons Double Broadsword Form. It is a long form that is taught in four sections.
